Once Saved Forever Saved? The bible says you lie!

The doctrine of eternal security goes so far as to say that once a person has been saved, by sincerely saying the sinner’s prayer, he cannot lose his salvation ever.  Even if he denies Jesus or continues to commit adultery blatantly or practice sorcery, God is able to keep him by his power of salvation.  And those that the Father gives to Jesus, Jesus says nobody can snatch any out of his hands.  Really?  Let’s look at the bible for examples.

1)      Judas

Judas was definitely a believer.  Judas was handpicked by Jesus to be one of the 12 apostles.  Together with the others, he was anointed with the power and sent out by Jesus twice to preach the gospel of the Kingdom.  He was able to perform healing and cast out demons by the power of the Holy Spirit. 

The bible clearly says that Judas has been lost, even though he was given to Jesus by the Father

Joh 17:12  While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled

Does this not clearly show that once a person denies Jesus, he has removed himself out of the will of the Father, and off to hell he goes. A believer can turn into a son of perdition! This is by far the clearest example of a believer, an apostle even going to hell.

2)      Hermeneus, Alexander and Philetus

These 3 were very probably teachers and leaders.  And they were leading people astray with their words, vain babblings and teachings to the extent of shipwrecking their faith.  Let see these few verses :

2Ti 2:17  And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 2Ti 2:18  Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.  2Ti 2:19  Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

1Ti 1:18  This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;  1Ti 1:19  Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:  1Ti 1:20  Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

Weren’t they believers?  They were!  And does Paul sound like he is saying they can still be saved despite their erroneous ways and blasphemy? Surely being “delivered unto Satan”  can only mean condemnation.

3)      Diotrephes

Diotrephes was a believer and a church leader of whom we do not know much, save for what John tells us about him:

3Jn 1:9  I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 3Jn 1:10  Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.  3Jn 1:11  Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

John urges the other believers not to follow the evil ways of Diotrephes because he that is evil has not seen God.  Again, does it look like Diotrephes is going to heaven, unless he turns away from evil?

4)      Ananias and Saphira

Luke relates to us the record of this husband and wife couple in Acts 5, where they sold their property and brought the money to the feet of Peter, to support church life.  So, they were definitely believers, committed enough to sell their property and give the money for the benefit of believers.  However, they did not give truthfully, pretending that they had given all when in fact they had kept back a part of the money.  For this sin of deceit, they died at the words of Peter who said they had lied to God. 

Shall we argue that they are going to heaven to be with God?

And while on these 2 persons, I cannot resist the opportunity to mention that the false teacher Joseph Prince definitely has not read Acts chapter 5.  On page 57 & 58 of his book “Destined to Reign”, he revealed his ignorance of the bible by asking the reader to prove that God had ever punished any New Testament believer who is under grace.  Big names often speak nonsense and write nonsense; which is why I always tell people “Stop reading books that explain the bible, read the bible!”

5)      Saul

1Sa 11:6   tells us the Spirit of God had came upon Saul.  And 1 Samuel 16:14 tell us that the Spirit of God departed from Saul. A person anointed by the Holy Spirit can still lose the anointing and the Spirit leaves him!

Do you think Saul is in heaven after showing himself so disobedient to God?

We can still talk about Adam and Eve, and their son Cain.  In the same vein, they were worshippers of the great Creator God.  The bible clearly says that death came through Adam.  If Adam’s death is purely bodily death, does Jesus need to come to die and live that all may live?

How do the “Once Saved Forever Saved” proponents respond to the above?  There are 2 common ways, the most popular of which is:

“Oh, these people were not really saved from the beginning”, and the other is to ignore these scriptures and continue to push to you their “proof verses”.

As I often countered the Jehovah Witnesses who come to my house, “If you can only push your explanation for your proof verses, while you are being unable to explain, or choose to ignore the other scriptural verses that run counter to your proof verses, something is surely wrong!  Either your explanation is wrong or the bible is self-contradictory, inconsistent and unreliable!”

Jesus made it very clear when He explained:

Mat 7:21  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  Mat 7:22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  Mat 7:23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

These people call Jesus “Lord”, meaning they are believers and followers. These people were empowered by the Holy Spirit to perform miracles and signs and wonders.  These believers were expecting to be received by Jesus to enter into the Kingdom of God, but were rejected.

So,  do you still want to hold on to your belief that you can be a sinful, lying, disobedient, unrepentant follower of Jesus and still enter into his Kingdom?

And did not Jesus say:

Joh 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free

It is very easy to offend Christians.  All you have to do is to point out some mistakes in the preachers that they idolized, and they get ruffled on the inside and try to offer up the "you must not judge" defense of the idol to put you down; failing which, they will even attack you by calling you "spiritually proud".  And Benny Hinn is a idol-worshiped by many Christians.  But as Paul said in Gal 4:16  "Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?".   Yes, you speak the truth and your Christian "brother" treats you as an enemy.  This is because you have upset his comfort zone; to him, you are trying to crack up the image of his idol.  The excuse against you will be that you are causing division and enmity within the body of Christ... to which I would retort "Would the Lord want unity built on falsehood and lies, or truth out of the divisions?".  We are called by the bible to "rightly divide the truth", remember?

Now listen to this Benny Hinn falsehood, and meditate on what the bible actually says on the subject:



Well, the Mormons also teach that Father God has a body.  In their "Doctrine and Covenants" it is stated, "God is a glorified and perfected man, a personage of flesh and bones. Inside his tangible body is an eternal spirit." (130:22).  And this just one reason the Mormonism is a cult.  There are something like 100 other blasphemous doctrines from the Mormons.  But is Benny Hinn so different from the Mormons?  You have heard the previous 2 blasphemies from him. This is the 3rd.  I got a few more to post here yet.

What Does The Bible Say?
Christians has got to get the habit of asking this question, "What does the bible actually say?" to everything that is taught. Here are 2 verses which, when put together condemn the doctrine of Benny Hinn and the Mormons:

1. Joh 4:24  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 
2. Luk 24:39  Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

Simple.

If you really care for souls, don't only go out to look non-believers to evangelize to and bring them to the knowledge of Christ.  Look also inside the body of Christ and see how many so-called "saved souls" are perishing, being led down the paths to hell by false teachers ... wolves in sheeps' clothing, and do something about it. Spread the truth! Expose the wolves! Save the souls of the "saved souls", too.  Share these postings with the fellow Christians you know who are followers and fans of Benny Hinn, or just any Christian, even those who have not heard of him yet, so that they become aware!

The Evil of The Doctrine of Eternal Security

The first teacher of eternal security is the serpent, which said to Eve, “Ye shall not surely die”. Eve believed the teaching, and died.

This doctrine is designed attract people who want like the comfort of deceiving themselves that they can enter the Kingdom of God by staying immoral.

Jesus did not teach it. Paul did not teach it. Jude warned against it. There are more than 100 bible verses that tell us that eternal life in Jesus Christ is conditional upon a someone who:

1) believes in Jesus Christ and accepts Him as Lord and Savior,


2) displays evidence of true belief through works of the Holy Spirit in his life ( i.e. transformation ) towards holy living and repentance,

3) endures until the end, never denying Jesus,

Proponents of the doctrine of eternal security will always deny the 2nd and the 3rd conditions. By their teaching, once a person accepts Jesus Christ, he can never lose it whatever he does, including the most abominable sins like homosexuality and adultery, and turning away from God to paganism. In the convoluted minds of these teachers, even as they take away from the word of God, they argue that a believer is adding to the completed work of Jesus Christ if he acts to resist the devil by doing anything to keep himself holy before God.

There are evil people who knowing the evil of this doctrine continue to promote it for the purpose of filthy lucre. They are not stupid.  They are evil.  Yet there are many "educated" Christians who stupidly believe in this convoluted argument. A person can even be educated in a bible college but remains stupid.

The evil of this doctrine is obvious. The motive is to attract members, as many as possible, for more members means more dollars. If they preach true Christianity, which is salvation through holiness, they would not get members. This is because the Western society probably has more homosexuals and adulterers who are not interested in giving up their licentious habits, than people who desire holy living. No members means no filthy lucre for the pastors. Malaysian pastors are also taking up this false doctrine, for the benefits in ringgit is obvious.

Just listen to this so-called pastor, Donald Coleman respond to the case of an abandonment and adultery :




Did you hear that?  An adulterer is on his way to heaven!!  But that is precisely the opposite of the bible says! Read these verses:


Heb 13:4 “Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.”


Rev 21:8 “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

So, the bible says believers who commit adultery and fornication will have their place in the lake of fire. But to pastors and teachers like Donald Cole, James Dobson, Chuck Swindoll, Charles Stanley and the likes, membership is more important than saving souls.
The book of Jude warns us of such people, who turn the doctrine of grace into a doctrine of licentiousness, and the denial of Jesus Christ.

Jud 1:3 “Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Jud 1:4 “For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.”

The grace of God is turned to lewdness.  But this is not the emphasis that our church leaders give to the book of Jude. They love to quote the phrase “contending for the faith” out of this book, or talk of the imprisoned angels. But they ignore the main theme, which is turning “turning the grace of our God into lewdness”.

The teachers of the doctrine of eternal security are the children of the Satan, the father of all lies, for they will comfortably deny that they are teaching the freedom to sin and to commit adultery, yet with the very same breath that they teach that you can sin and go to heaven.

So, the bible is clear. If a person who is saved goes on to live a life of unrepentant sinning, he dies. Go read Ezekiel for yourself too, one of which verses say:

Eze 18:24 But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die.

A righteous man who turns to evil dies. The unchanging God said it. Period. But the evil teachers speak exactly the opposite. They say that once the blood of Jesus makes a man righteous, he will never die. They conveniently omit to mention that you have to walk in the light for the blood to cleanse you. Once you stop walking in the light, you are not cleansed.

The unpleasant truth is that many foolish minded Christians seek the comfort of lower standards of morality, rather than seek after God’s standards. And in addition to this, they close their minds to the evil that comes out of this doctrine. Jesus says,

Mat 5:48 “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect”

But we prefer to listen to a pastor who gives us the comfort of being an imperfect human being, so that we need not feel convicted by our imperfection. Such is the evil in our own heart that causes us to seek out false teachers, and encourage their proliferation.

For years since becoming a Christian, I had heard of how, when certain pop culture songs are reversed satanic words and calls for killing and murder can be heard.  I searched for them from way back 7 years ago, and listened to the few that I found.  I know what I heard was scary, yet I did not fully want to believe what I heard.  The reason was I did not know if the sounds I heard were really the same songs claimed to be reversed from.

The Holy

Well today, I discovered that the "Audacity" sound editor freeware has the "reverse music" feature.  So I tried it out with a few songs.  What I had on my hard disk are mostly Christian songs. So I reversed songs like "Amazing Grace" and  "Shout To the Lord".  Well, there were no recognizable sounds after being reversed.  And then I tried it on "Arise" and I was amazed!  Amazed!   That was what you heard above.  The lyric that you heard in the first part was "be enthroned, on my praise".  I am sure you also heard the reversed part as "hear my Lord, Lord to me".

The Satanic

Here is a clip of the song "Stairway to Heaven".  I have had it for some time by now and only tested it for myself today.  When the reversed song was re-reversed into its original direction, it is indeed the same song.

In the past, I was not able to test them out for myself.  I sort-of 3/4 believed and a 1/4 of me don't. Today, I know for sure.

You better believe it.  Satan has long been at work in the pop music business.  Why else do you think there is so much drugs, suicide, sex and murder within the industry?

The serpent said to Eve, ".... and ye shall be as gods".  And Benny

Hinn goes one step further.  He says, "Ye are gods".  The serpent continues to use the same lie today.

Listen to what he teaches:

( Here's what he said " "God came from heaven, became a man, made man into little gods, went back to heaven as a man. He faces the Father as a man. I face devils as the son of God. Quit your nonsense! What else are you? If you say, I am, you’re saying I’m a part of Him, right? Is he God? Are you His offspring? Are you His children? You can’t be human!")

Benny Hinn does not know that the bible says we are children of God by adoption.  He is too stupid to understand what he reads in the bible that says, Gal 4:5  "To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons."  ( See also Rom 8:23 ).  In his stupidity, he thinks we are children of God by birth.  But hear how those even more stupid white folks eagerly answer "yes" to his questions as he teaches them the wrong things.


Yet there are others among us who will continue to defend him, find excuses for what he says. These people have itching ears.  Many ears itch for Benny Hinn to scratch.

We are warned in 2Ti 4:3  "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;".  

Maybe Benny Hinn isn't as stupid as we think he is.  Maybe he is wickedly smart, saying exactly what itching ears love to hear, that the tills may continue to ring.

Hear this for yourself. As it is, we already have difficulties trying to understand this mysterious ability of our One God to manifest Himself as three. Yet He is only one! But this is what Benny Hinn says:




Clearly, we have a false teacher here! But he does have a big following though, even among our Malaysian pastors. One pastor I know happily told me that he went over to Indonesia some years ago to see Benny Hinn preach and saw him working signs and wonders. Another went to Singapore.


The New Testament scriptures, starting with Jesus in the gospels, followed by Paul, Peter, John and Jude in the epistles repeatedly warn us of false teachers, false prophets and to seek out the truth. Yet not only ignorant lay Christians, but even church leaders continue to chase after preachers of wealth of blessings and signs and wonders.

Some of the Christians who have heard my warnings had retorted, "But God is using him!".  To which I now ask, "So it does not matter to you whether you are learning the truth, as long as you see miracles being performed?".  The book of Revelation tells us that even the servants of the devil can perform great signs and wonders.


Now, are there 9 in the Trinity? Hmmm. Wonder where did that idea come from?


The unpleasant truth is that many Christians, including pastors are fools are signs and wonders, ignoring the warnings of Jesus and the apostles.

9. The Issue of the Serpent on The Rod

Undeniably, even the medical profession admits that the symbol of the medical profession – the Serpent on a rod – is the symbol of Rod of Asclepius.  Now, in case you are not aware, Asclepius was a Greek god, associated with astrology, and with medicine  and healing.  The picture on the left shows one form of that symbol.

Now, as we all know, Christians are terrified of the serpent. Anything to do what the serpent is therefore taboo.  And that creates a problem for the medical profession, which uses this symbol to represent itself.  And there are pastors in Malaysia who vehemently oppose the use of this sign, and preaches against the medical profession.  Let’s discuss this subject today.

Have You Not Heard of Nehushtan?

Moses and the Nehushtan. 

Now, I wonder.  What about the Nehushtan.  The Nehushtan existed long before the emergence of the Greek culture and its mythology.  And in case you are again not aware, Nehushtan was the bronze serpent that Moses made while in the wilderness. See Numbers 21:8.  Now, God had actually instructed Moses to make this bronze serpent. (Did God tell Moses to make an evil symbol? ) And when any Israelite was bitten by a poisonous serpent, all he needed to do was to look at this bronze serpent and he would not die of the poison of the serpent.  A miraculous healing took place!  But about 700 years later, this serpent on a rod was destroyed by King Hezekiah when he discovered that the Israelites were worshipping it.  See 2Ki 18:4 

Why am I raising this matter up?  Now, as I had said in an earlier article “No Medicines please, we are Christians”, I am no doctor and have nothing to do with the medical profession.  They have also not paid me a bribe to write this in their defense.  All I am trying to do is to bring some sanity back into Christianity and to raise awareness of how over-zealous teachings can blind rationale. Irrational Christianity surely is not Christianity.  It is Phariseeism.  And Phariseeism is to be condemned.

Now, why do preachers against this symbol of Asclepius not think a little deeper?  Is it not possible that the pagans had plagiarized this symbol from Moses?  Did not Jesus also compared His resurrection with this symbol of the serpent in  Joh 3: saying

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

Horrors!  Jesus must have likened Himself to the devil!  Of course not, silly.  The symbol by itself is not evil.  People use it for evil.

Look again.  I will present to you here 3 different satanic use of the cross. Now, using the same logic as these pastors aversion to symbol of Asclepius, would it not be right for them also to declare the use of the cross to be wrong too?  Just as the followers of Asclepius had plagiarized the symbol of Nehushtan for their god, the followers of satan has also plagiarized the cross.

Obviously, paganism had hijacked the symbol of Nehushtan.  And these "extremist" or "fanatical" pastors had declared its use as out of bounds to Christians.  But now, here is evidence that the symbol of the cross has also been similarly hijacked.  Will these silly fanatical pastors also, like the silly Jehovah Witnesses declare the use of the cross out of bounds, too?

The Pagan Names of Months and Days of Week

I should demand that these pastors and the Jehovah Witnesses must stop using the names of the days of the week because of their pagan origins:-

Sunday
From Latin "dies solis", meaning "sun's day": which is a pagan Roman holiday. 

Monday
From the Anglo-Saxon "monandaeg", which means "the moon's day", a sacred day to the goddess of the moon.

Tuesday
Comes from the name of the Norse god Tyr.  To the Romans it is named as "dies Martis" after their war-god Mars.

Wednesday
Comes out of the name Wodan ( or Odin), to honor the Norse god.  Romans called it dies Mercurii, after their god Mercury.

Thursday
Thor is one of the sons of Odin. In the Norse languages this day is called Torsdag. 

Friday
The is the day in honor of the Norse goddess Frigg. Frigg is known as Venus to the Romans, who call this day "dies veneris".

Saturday
This day was called "dies Saturni"  or "Saturn's Day", in honor of the Roman god Saturn. In Anglo-Saxon: sater daeg.

Consistency! Consistency! Consistency!  Consistency is always needed!  Why are you so inconsistent in your beliefs?  Why are you so irrational?

And they must not use these pagan names of the following months of the year, too.

• January: named after Janus, Roman god of doors, beginnings, sunset and sunrise, who had one face looking forward and one backward,
• March: named after Mars, the Roman god of war,
• April: named after Aprilis, perhaps derived from aperire, (Latin to open, as in opening buds and blossoms) or possibly referring to Aphrodite of Roman, i.e Venus, to the Greeks
• May: named after Maia, a Roman goddess who is the mother of Mercury by Jupiter and daughter of Atlas,
• June: named after Juno, chief Roman goddess.

Should not the extra holier-than-thou pastors also stop mentioning these names and stop spelling out these names in their monthly bulletins and time-tables? So many things in the world have pagan affiliations, simply because pagan empires ruled the world successively.

Tell me, where is the consistency of your doctrine?; where is the rationality of your belief, that I may stand corrected?

The unpleasant truth is these pastors have no answer, that their inconsistency and superstition is revealed.  They just adopt special rules and taboos and put them over their believers so that they can "re-brand" a niche for themselves and find a captive market.

Do you wonder why Jesus said that in the end times, the devil will do things that can even deceive the elect?  Of course, in that episode Jesus was pointing to the use of signs and wonders by the devil to deceive.  But it does look like the devil is also able to twist the minds of the elect against bible truths as well. The bible revealed to us that the devil can even make use of an apostle, Peter without him realizing it; not until Jesus said to him in Mat 4:10  "Get thee hence, Satan ...".  So too now, we see many anointed people of God also similarly being misled by the devil and not know it.

And did Jesus not say:

Joh 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

                                                                                            

Concerning Temples and Food Offered to Idols - Unbiblical Christianity

Jacob’s tithe appeared in the bible before the coming of Moses’ law.  Few people notice it.   Nobody every preached a tithing sermon with this example, which is good.  But just in case someone try to quote this episode as an example of tithing before the law, let us look into it first:

^{Gen 28:18}  Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it.  ^{Gen 28:19}  And he called the name of that place Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously. ^{Gen 28:20}  Then Jacob made a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on, ^{Gen 28:21}  so that I come back to my father's house in peace, then the LORD shall be my God^{. Gen 28:22}  And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God's house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You.

So there it is. 

What Is The Nature of Jacob’s Tithe?

Is Jacob’s tithe anything like the tithe of Abraham or the tithe of Moses?  Of course not.

1)      At that time, there was still no requirement to give tithes to God

2)      Jacob made a voluntary offer to tithe

3)      Jacob made the offer to tithe as a vow

4)      Jacob set conditions for God to fulfill before he would pay the tithe, i.e. :

·        God be with him and guide him AND

·        Kept him fed AND

·        Kept him clothed SO THAT

·        He can return to his father’s place in peace THEN

Shall the Lord be his Lord and he shall give a tenth to the Lord

What Shall We Conclude?

1)      Jacob made a vow on his own accord

2)      Jacob was asking for future benefits

3)      He would pay the tithe only after God has met all ( notice the ‘ands’ and the ‘then’?) his conditions

4)      The tithe was to be given after the blessings were received, not before.

Further questions which beg an answer would be –

1)      Did Jacob actually fulfill that vow?  The bible does not say anything about it, but we will just assume that he did.

2)    When Jacob gave a tenth to the Lord, how did he give it? Did he give it through some personages?  Did he give it to any temple?  Did he burn a tenth of all he had received from the Lord as tithe to Him?

Well.  Nobody knows the answers.  We only know that there was no temple and there were no priests to receive it.

So then, should anyone be telling to tithe in the way Jacob tithed?  Should anyone be saying that Jacob’s tithe is an example for a new testament believer to follow because it happened before the law of Moses?

Should you made such a vow to God?  It is up to you, but the bible says that God does not require you to made any oaths to Him.  Remember He always blesses first?

The unpleasant truth is that when a story in the bible does not serve the monetary interest of the church, it is never used.

Joh 8:32  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
